Hi all,
If you are interested in being a delegate for our chapter at the National AORN Conference this April in New Orleans, please fill out the application attached. Return to Nicole Helgeson once completed. Deadline for application is Friday, December 12th at noon as we will be deciding delegates at our meeting that evening.
