Position Description

Buffalo Hospital Surgery and Outpatient Center features 4 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms, supporting over 7,000 procedures annually.

Details:

  • Become part of a dedicated team of 8 CRNAs at an award-winning hospital located just outside the Twin Cities
  • 1:4 MDA-to-CRNA medical direction practice model
  • Flexible scheduling options with 8 or 10 shifts available
  • 1:8 call rotation with the flexibility to “peel off” two half days around your call shift for added balance
  • Varied case mix including general surgery, gynecology, podiatry, a high-volume total joint program, urology, ophthalmology, and endoscopy. (Excludes neurosurgery, cardiac, and pediatric cases.)
  • Work alongside exceptional surgeons in a collaborative, supportive environment
  • Opportunity to teach and mentor CRNA students during their clinical rotations at the facility

    Compensation/Benefits:

  • Offering a competitive salary range of $300,000 to $320,000, based on experience and additional on-call or call-back hours
  • Option to take on extra call shifts if desired
  • Sign on bonus, Training stipend, Relocation support, CME stipend
  • Enjoy 37 days off annually, plus an additional 10 days through the “Caregiver Benefit” to support family-related needs
