Position Description

Abbott Northwestern is the #1 top-ranked hospital in Minneapolis. With the upcoming opening of a new 690K sq ft tower with 30 ORs, the CRNA division is excited to welcome a new provider to the team.

  • A “Top 100 Hospital,” “Top 25 Teaching Hospital” & Magnet recognition from ANCC | Level III Trauma
  • Highly Customizable Schedule: Have every 3rd week off (for a total of 24 weeks off per year) or work only 2 or 3 days/week, or pick from numerous other options (8s, 10s, 12s, 16s)
  • “It’s a nice mix of cases: some make you think critically & remain highly engaged, but plenty of straightforward cases too.” (As per current CRNAs)
  • Ortho, Neuro, CV, robotics, ENT, Uro, IR, Gen Surg, OB (no Peds)
  • Employed by Allina Health, the Twin Cities’ premier provider-led health system

    Base salary + minimal call will put you in the 270-300K+ range, w additional earnings available

  • Call is taken from home
  • Up to 50-100K total in signing incentives, training stipend & relocation support
  • 32-37 days of PTO, 5 days’ CME, 10 days’ Caregiver Leave
